Virtual therapy for adults across Ontario
A way through trauma, anxiety, and old patterns
Maybe you look capable on the outside and feel exhausted on the inside. Maybe insight hasn't been enough to change the same reactions and the same outcomes. I help adults work with what the nervous system is still holding, using EMDR, IFS and CBT.

What I help with
I specialize in trauma and the problems that often grow around it.
Trauma & PTSD
Trauma isn't only the event. It's how an overwhelmed brain protected itself, and the reactions that keep firing long after.
Complex PTSD
Childhood trauma, ongoing abuse or violence, and the patterns of shame, shutdown and hypervigilance they can leave.
Anxiety & panic
Racing thoughts, panic, and a body that won't settle, even when you know you're safe.
Depression
Hopelessness, numbness and exhaustion that make everyday life feel heavy.
Addictions
Using, numbing or controlling as a way to cope, explored with care and without judgement.
Repeating patterns
Anger, the same argument, the same reaction. We work on why these patterns stick and how to loosen them.
How to get started
1. Free 15-minute call
Tell me briefly what's going on and ask any questions. There's no pressure to book anything.
2. First session
We'll look at your history, your goals, and what's getting in the way.
3. Ongoing therapy
Online sessions from home, with a plan built around what you want to change.
My approach
I combine evidence-based methods to help you understand what is blocking your wellbeing, relieve distressing symptoms, and heal root causes, not just manage them.
EMDR
Bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping or tones) helps "locked" memories get filed as the past instead of feeling like the present. EMDR is one of the most researched treatments for PTSD.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
We all have parts: one that criticizes, one that numbs, one that panics. IFS helps your calmer Self lead and helps wounded parts let go of what they carry
CBT
We notice the loops between thoughts, feelings and behaviours (avoiding, controlling, isolating) and change the ones that keep you stuck.
Mindfulness
Moment-to-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings and body sensations, so you can respond rather than react.

I specialize in the treatment of trauma-related issues such as PTSD, complex PTSD (childhood trauma, ongoing abuse or violence), Addictions, Anxiety and Depression. My philosophy is that the psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of a person all work together as an integrative whole and are ideally treated from this perspective in order to restore balanced living.
